Unreleased Tracks from the 2004 Reclusiam Sessions

What You Have Not Heard...

During the recording of the Reclusiam CD in 2004, I composed three tracks of pure ambient music to act as interludes between songs. As the "metal" portions of the CD began to coalesce and take on long sections of droning keyboards and other oddities, I decided to pick one of the three interludes to include as a proper track on the final cut. That track was "Scotoma" -- in my opinion, the best and most fitting of the three interludes. I shelved the other two.

Now, I am making them available in their raw, unpolished format. These two tracks stand exactly as they were arranged and performed, with rudimentary mastering via Steinberg WaveLab. "Scotoma" was properly mastered in the studio by producer Jhon Ackerman. These two unreleased cuts will not match the original CD level-wise. I have released them for any interested parties who simply want more music from Reclusiam than I intend to deliver. What you will hear has never been released before. Download, distribute, and enjoy the darkness.
